Where do you ship from?
We are located in the Netherlands, Europe. We ship within and outside of Europe.
Shipping within the Netherlands is FREE if your order total is more than 20 Euros. Small orders under 20 Euros require a 4,84 Euros shipping fee.
Which company do you use for shipping?
The delivery / postal company we use is PostNL. PostNL will hand over the package to your local delivery courier once it arrives in your country.

If your order has been shipped with package tracking, you will receive one or more automatic emails with the tracking link.
