During check out you can choose between different payment methods. We offer the following payment methods:
- iDeal (for everyone with a Dutch bankaccount)
- Visa Mastercard (creditcard)
- Maestro (creditcard)
- GiroPay (German customers)
- MrCash/BanContact (Belgium customers)
- Bank overschrijving
Ideal, PayPal (except eCheck), Creditcard, GiroPay and MrCash are direct payment methods. This means we will receive your payment immediately after you have finalized your order. Your order will then be prepared for shipment.
Other indirect payment methods such as bankwire, will take 1-2 days before the payment will be processed.
We ship all of our order with PostNL. If your order has been shipped as a package you'll be able to track your shipment online. If the address destination is in the Netherlands you can receive your order the next day (if you have ordered before 16.15).
We ship to the Netherlands, Europe and to some countries outside Europe. Please check here the list with shipping details (shipping fee, and estimated delivery time per country).
Returning a product is possible within 14 days. You always get 100% re-fund of your paid order. Re-fund will be done (after receiving your product) within 5 days.

On all our products there is a real time stock indicator. If the stock is zero then the product will not be available for order. All products that can be ordered through our website are in stock.
